I’m a recreational cyclist who will be riding in the 2010 Hearst Castle Challenge, which raises funds for Best Buddies (an organization for the intellectually and developmentally disabled). 

This Blog follows my progress in training for the Century (100 miles!) ride and raising my commitment in funds.  It is also meant to bring awareness to this wonderful group of people and the work that they do.
